Amanda Beard to appear in Playboy

As reported on PTI and numerous other sources, Amanda Beard will be posing in the July 2007 issue of Playboy. As a former swimmer and fan of the sport, I am taking this opportunity right now to thank Mr. Hefner for his wonderful company. I love breaststrokers.

I am quite sure the majority of the guys posting on this board do not have a daughter(s) of your own, or if you do, youdo not care about them very much. Because once you become a father, and hold that little girl all the times she gets hurt or sick or afraid, you develop a completly different way of looking at them. You would do anything to protect and care for them, obviously you would die… or KILL if necessary. However, once they grow up and can start making their own choices, sometimes those choices are not what you would want foe them, but you have no real say in them anymore. Although, you do get to suffer from them… as well as experience the joy from the happy results. Nevertheless, when your daughter chooses to pose for a magazine like Playboy, then you read all the ugly stuff that men say about your little girl (Yes, they always remain as your little girl in your heart.), it is much like having a knife driven slowly deep into your chest. So thanks brother’s… thanks for making sure the knife gets burried deep in my chest. I hope you never get to feel the same thing some day…
