I was hoping for a montage from American Psycho - but this will do. Impressive training nonetheless.
7. Karate Kid
Karate. Cobra Kai. Cheesy Music. If this montage was shown in baseball clubhouses - greenies would have never gone mainstream.
6. Footloose
This is the sequence that inspired me to try out for So You Think You Can Dance long before that show existed.
5. Rocky III
Have you ever been so inspired by two muscular men prancing and hugging in the ocean?
4. Over the Top
A movie about the sub culture of arm wrestling… seriously. You could argue that it was over the top - but this montage will whip you back into shape.
3. Rocky IV
Long before Barry Bonds took steroids, he trained in Russia’s cold snow and lifted ox sleighs.
2. Family Guy
It’s a risky endeavor to poke fun at the greatest movie ever… but Family Guy somehow made it appropriate… and breath-taking.

Is it me or are they missing out some Van Damme movies, i.e. Bloodsport. Not to mention old Bruce Lee & Jackie Chan movies.

If you’re gonna have Family Guy then you have to have that awesome training sequence from the South Park episode Aspen. The song Montage is basically a dedication to every montage that’s been made ever!
