SportsWrap has it first - the official Madden 09 cover featuring Brett Favre!
Yes, the legendary Brett Favre has been chosen to grace the cover of the newest installment in the Madden video game series…even though he has retired. What more fitting tribute could anyone pay the great #4 than putting his likeness on the front of a game that bears the name of his most sycophantic admirer?
And the best thing for Favre? He’s already retired…so he doesn’t have to worry about the Madden curse. Unless the Madden curse can also cause drug relapses or horrible cases of acid reflux.
