Cedric Benson parked his boat on Lake Travis in a place called “party cove.” Apparently, the police there have been cracking down on drunkenness. Cedric is in the foreground on the left looking, well, a tad drunk. His friend Elizabeth Cartwright claims he was not intoxicated and that the police used unnecessary force in subduing him.

How does Benson look drunk there?
